SF-PK is made of three layers: steel back –bronze layer–PEEK layer.PEEK layer is critical for its main performance, it is polymer Materials with anti-high temperature,anti-wear and anti- corrosion performance. It shows its superiority under working condition of water lubrication and with little oil lubrication.
PEEK layer depth is more than 0.1mm, which makes it has longer life than SF-1 material.As a kind of product with high performance, it has wide application in guiding part of shock absorber,tank,rocket,sliding position of machines etc.
